REPOST "Culture from the players, not the Coach" (Guest: Cara McCartney)

Published on: 6th October, 2020

Sean and Mark revisit their lockdown interview with Cara McCartney, Director at Netball at a top independent school about her role , balancing inclusion and excellence, why it can be valuable to sit on the bench and how important Netball has been throughout her life, on the court and off.

With the return of schools and clubs to (some version of) their training schedules, the guys thought it worth dipping back into the archives to get some inspiration on getting back into the swing of a programme.
